iChallenge Life ("we," "us," or "our") operates the iChallenge Life mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the App.

Account information (email, display name, encrypted password if you create an account)

Personal goals, workout progress, challenge completion, streaks, journal entries, and meditation preferences

Communications sent to customer support

Device type, operating system, app version, language, and time zone

App usage analytics such as workouts completed, features used, session duration, crash reports, and performance logs

Anonymous installation/device identifiers

We do not collect precise GPS location. Payment information is processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play and is never stored by iChallenge Life.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide workouts, challenges, meditation content, and progress tracking

• Save and synchronize your progress across devices

• Send optional reminders and motivational notifications

• Improve app performance and user experience

• Respond to customer support requests

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only with trusted service providers, analytics and hosting providers, payment processors (Apple/Google), or when required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your information while your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within approximately 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information. You may also disable notifications through your device settings.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest where appropriate, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

The App may use services provided by Apple, Google, Firebase, or similar providers for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, or purchases. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
